Meilin has over 20 years of work experience in sustainable research and practices, and design and project management in hospitality and commercial sectors. Her expertise encompasses leading sustainable design and project management at Shangri-la Group (SLG) (Hong Kong and Singapore) and Huafa Group (HFG) (Zhuhai, China), researching green building certification schemes and developing criteria for green building interiors to enhance the environmental quality of occupant-centric spaces at Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) and design consulting at the world-leading hospitality design firms in Wilson Associates (WA) and Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA).
She is certified in ISO 14064 Managing Green House Gas Emission (BSI) and certified in GRI Standard Reporting 2021 (GRI).
